From first visit..

On your first visit to the practice the front of house team will welcome you and ask you to fill in some paperwork such as a medical history before you see the dentist. It is important that you either know all the names of medications you take or bring a list, arriving 5-10 minutes early will give you time to complete the paperwork first.

£16 per month paid by direct debit
2 clinical examinations per year and all routine x-rays are included
3 Dental hygiene appointments per year with our hygienist
20% Discount off any other treatments required I.e. Teeth whitening, crowns, fillings etc
